By accessing or using this website (Small Biz Prompt Shop), downloading our digital products, or joining our email list, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, we kindly suggest you exit the tab and do something more fun, like watering your plants.

These terms govern how you can interact with our site and content, what you can do with our products, and what you can expect from us in return.

2. Our Products

All items sold are digital downloads—this includes prompt packs, templates, guides, and courses. No physical products will be shipped. Once you purchase or access a free download, you will receive a link to download your files immediately (or within minutes, tech gods willing).

3. Usage Rights

All content is for personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our products
Claim any part of our products or content as your own
Use our templates or prompts to create competing products

If you want to share the love, send your friends to the shop so they can get their copy.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

That said, if you have an issue with your purchase or something isn’t working, email us at dan@macinnismarketing.com.au and we’ll do our best to help. We’re humans. We get it.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on this site may be affiliate links. This means if you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission (at no extra cost to you). We only recommend tools we use and love.

Everything you see here—copy, branding, product designs, images, course material—is owned by Dan and The Small Biz Prompt Shop. It’s protected by copyright law. Please don’t copy, swipe, or reuse it without permission.

7. Availability & Access

We do our best to keep the site up, the links working, and the downloads zipping smoothly. But sometimes things break. We’re not responsible for any losses or damages caused by technical glitches, interruptions, or typos (though we’ll do our best to fix them ASAP).

8. Law & Jurisdiction

This site is based in Australia and governed by Australian consumer laws. If a dispute ever arises (hopefully not), it’ll be handled under Australian law.
